Maple–balsamic vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp Olive oil
• 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp Pure maple syrup
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/4 tsp Fine salt

Equipment

• Measuring spoons
• Small bowl
• Whisk
• Tasting spoon

Method

1. Whisk the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, mustard and salt.
2. Add the olive oil slowly, whisking until the dressing comes together.
3. Taste on a leaf or a spoonful of your dish, then dress just before serving.
