01 / THE BATCH
Choose from the existing kitchen library for a name and ingredient starting list. The list needs your review; sub-ingredients, substitutions, amounts, allergens, and finished yield are not filled in.
Fill and batch yield use the same unit. Volume and weight are not interchangeable. For pieces, use whole numbers.
Enter a measured or reliable finished yield. Recipe servings are not treated as jar volume.
Adds 0–30% for filling losses or a little reserve. This changes quantity, not recipe instructions.
02 / YOUR PEOPLE
Name each person or leave a row unnamed for a general gift run. Quantity means containers or packages, not servings.
Use up to 40 rows and 200 gifts in one plan. Each row holds 1–50 gifts.
03 / THE FINISHING TOUCH
Dates are entered by you. The planner does not determine shelf life or food safety. Leave use-by blank unless you have a reliable basis.
Adds a clear cannabis notice to every label. It does not calculate potency or verify gifting rules.
04 / THE BUDGET
Estimates use whole recipe batches plus packaging for every gift. Labor, delivery, tax, and equipment are not included. Blank costs show no estimate.
A small checklist for the handoff. These checks are saved with this plan.
Import adds plans from a CannaFuse backup without replacing your existing plans. Up to 10 plans in this browser.

Homemade food gifts involve more than a recipe. You need enough for everyone, containers that fit, names that match, and labels that explain what is inside. This free CannaFuse planner brings those details together before you start packing.
Set the amount in each gift, your recipe’s finished yield, and an optional extra allowance. The planner totals the required fill, rounds up to whole recipe batches, and shows the amount left after your allowance. It keeps weight, volume, and piece counts distinct. It does not scale cooking times or determine a recipe’s yield for you.
Choose Botanical, Pantry stamp, or Studio simple. Add a gift name, maker, recipient, batch reference, actual ingredients, allergen information, storage directions, and your own note. Print as cut-out label cards or hang tags. Every gift receives a matching label, with the recipient name repeated for their chosen quantity.
Enter ingredient cost per recipe batch and packaging cost per gift to see an estimated total and cost per gift. Mark recipient rows packed, then use the final checklist before handing anything over. The packing plan can be printed separately from the labels.
Keep up to 10 plans in this browser, duplicate a previous plan, or download a JSON backup to import later. Clearing browser data can remove your plans, so download a backup for anything you want to keep.
It multiplies the gift count by the amount in each gift, adds your selected extra allowance, then divides by the finished yield per recipe batch and rounds up. The remainder shown is what is left after the planned allowance. For piece counts, required pieces are rounded up to a whole number.
Yes. Add a recipient name and quantity to each row. Printing creates that many labels with their name. Leave a name blank for general labels. One plan supports up to 40 recipient rows and 200 gifts.
Use Print labels / Save PDF, then choose your browser’s PDF destination. Select Letter or A4 to match the planner, use 100% scale, and turn off browser headers and footers. The cards are designed to cut out; they are not a pre-aligned adhesive-label sheet.
No. Ingredient and allergen details, storage directions, and dates must come from your actual food and a reliable recipe or food-safety source. A recipe reference supplies only a name and ingredient starting list. Review sub-ingredients, substitutions, and kitchen handling yourself.
The optional cannabis field adds an explicit cannabis notice to each label. The tool does not calculate or verify potency, decide whether a gift is lawful, or produce a regulatory-compliant label. Only share with informed adults where permitted, and include the information required for your situation.
Up to 10 plans are saved in this browser when storage is available. Download a backup and import it on another browser to move a plan.
Changing between volume units or between weight units converts the fill and yield amounts. Switching between volume, weight, and pieces clears those amounts so you can enter the correct measurements. The planner never assumes that one milliliter weighs one gram.
No. The library provides meal ideas, not shelf-stability validation. Choose a recipe, packaging, storage, and handoff appropriate to the actual food. Do not infer shelf life from a label, a sealed container, or a recipe’s appearance.
