CannaFuse Return & Refund Policy

At CannaFuse, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
✅ Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
✅ Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
✅ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Used, opened, or damaged items not due to shipping issues
❌ Perishable goods or consumables
❌ Gift cards and promotional items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
✅ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Flower Returns Policy
Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of flower, our return policy differs from other CannaFuse products:

🌿 Return Window: If you are unhappy with your flower, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

🚚 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the original shipping fee.

🔄 Replacements Only: Once the flower is returned and inspected, we will send you a replacement.

💳 No Refunds: Please note that refunds are not available on flower purchases.
We make these policies to ensure product freshness and maintain compliance with shipping standards.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cannafusepouch@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund if applicable.
How to Start a Return
- Email cannafusepouch@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship your item to the return address provided in our response.
- Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
